On 4 December 2024, the first resident Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Ottawa, H.E. Mr. Jean Claude Kugener, presented his letters of credence to the Right Hon. Governor General of Canada, H.E Mrs. Mary Simon at Rideau Hall.
